The IgG Food Sensitivity Test is a simple at-home blood spot test that helps identify delayed immune responses to 190 common foods. Unlike immediate allergic reactions (IgE), IgG sensitivities can trigger symptoms hours or even days after eating, making them difficult to pinpoint. This test provides valuable insight into how your body may be reacting to specific foods, helping you reduce inflammation, support digestion, and feel your best.

What is Measured

• This test screens for immune reactions to 190 foods, including:

• Dairy, eggs, gluten-containing grains, and non-gluten grains

• A wide variety of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices

• Meats, seafood, legumes, nuts, and seeds

• Coffee, tea, sweeteners, and other common additives

It measures IgG antibody levels to each food, helping highlight potential sensitivities contributing to chronic symptoms.

At-Home Testing

All Equilife functional medicine labs are shipped to and performed within the comfort of your own home. Your samples are then mailed back to the lab where your results are processed. Results are usually received within 3-4 weeks. Please be sure to collect and return your sample within 14 days of receipt of your lab test. All lab tests expire within 6 months of purchase.
